Dingo suffered to spine injury when he was about four years old and is an active Blue Heeler I have tried alternative treatments, acupuncture, Chinese herbs. but what I really wanted was a treatment that I could give Dingo at home on days when he just needed a little bit of help in between other treatments. Gradually it got to where I was only using the Luma device to help him with his mobility issues and now he gets treatments 2 to 3 times a week just to relieve that pain and help him with his mobility. The Luma device is great for at home treatments easy to use and I would recommend it to anybody whether their dog has special needs or not It’s just a great soothing treatment to give your dog at home to show them you care. The payment plan was beneficial to help with getting this device also. I have had one issue with the power cord not working and customer service was quick to respond and send another cord. Overall great device, great customer service!
