Gambit

When Gambit was diagnosed with arthritis, we turned to physical therapy and hydrotherapy to help him stay comfortable and mobile. They worked well and by adding Luma Light Laser Therapy, it made a difference. It helped ease his pain, reduce inflammation, and gave him more good days. Then, everything changed. One day, Gambit suddenly lost the ability to use one of his back legs. Not long after, he couldn’t use either. It was heartbreaking to see him struggle, and we went through a whirlwind of tests and MRIs before finally getting a diagnosis: Vestibular Syndrome and Fibrocartilaginous Embolism. It was a lot to process, but we were determined to make him as comfortable as possible. In his final months, Luma gave Gambit some relief and comfort when he needed it most. It didn’t fix everything, but it made his last days more peaceful, and for that, we’ll always be thankful. It gave us more time to focus on loving him and saying goodbye.
