I used the Luma in conjunction with physical therapy. I believe the light therapy helped to shorten Josey’s recovery time. The first few treatments were a bit challenging, but the videos that are available helped tremendously. I also liked that the app had a timer so I did not have to juggle one more thing. Once we got the hang of it, it was easy to use.
